Eleanor Dzodzomenyo, MSN, FNP-BC is a board-certified and licensed Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a graduate of George Mason University and provides care from the Doctors First Germantown office. Centering the patient in care decisions, holistic care, and incorporating evidence-based guidelines for the best outcomes, guides her practice. Before returning to school for her Nurse Practitioner degree, she worked at VHC Health as a Registered Nurse in acute and critical care settings for almost a decade. The skills and knowledge gained from her experience, blended with her love of learning and education, influenced her approach to patient care. Eleanor is a member of Sigma, an International Nursing Honor Society, The American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Being of Ghanaian heritage, she speaks Twi and Ewe fluently. When not working, her family brings her joy the most. She is an avid listener of audiobooks, and podcasts, an enthusiastic reader, and a constant learner. And she looks forward to helping you with your health care needs.
