Dr. Manchang Liu, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Associate with extensive clinical
Experience in internal medicine, nephrology, and family medicine in both international and U.S.
healthcare settings. He earned his M.B.B.S. from China Medical University and completed a Ph.D.
in Internal Medicine at Nagoya University School of Medicine in Japan, and later received his
Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health
Sciences.

Dr. Liu has served as a clinical instructor, attending physician, and nephrology fellow abroad.
and has worked in the United States as a patient care provider and medical interpreter, including clinical experience at Johns Hopkins Hospital. His clinical focus includes acute and chronic disease management, preventive care, health screenings, and patient education. Fluent in English, Chinese, and Japanese, Dr. Liu is committed to delivering patient-centered, culturally sensitive care.
