Lily Grainger, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant who earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Charleston Southern University. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the College of Charleston.

Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, she worked as a medical assistant in breast oncology and as a patient-care technician in the renal transplant unit at MUSC. These experiences strengthened her commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Lily has a passion for women’s health and is dedicated to ensuring patients feel supported, informed, and empowered in their care. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys teaching group fitness classes and spending time with friends and family.
