Zainab Kebbie Turay is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is passionate about providing high-quality care. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Washington Adventist University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. She is a proud member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked in several nursing specialties, such as orthopedics, stroke, oncology, telemetry, and cardiac step-down units. She specializes in Family medicine. She speaks Krio and English. Her areas of clinical interest include caring for patients ages 18 and older, chronic disease diagnosis, treatment and management, preventive medicine, health promotion, preoperative evaluation, Annual Medicare wellness exams, acute illness, and Annual physical exams. Her philosophy of care is centered around providing care that focuses on a patient-centered approach and culturally sensitive care. She loves plants and enjoys spending quality time with her family.
