Dr. Lizy Thomas completed her Internal Medicine residency at Harbor Hospital Center in Baltimore, a major affiliate of the University of Maryland, in 1999. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Thomas has a special interest in women’s health and diabetes management. Before joining First Medical Associates, she practiced in PG and the Washington, D.C. area for more than 15 years, providing compassionate and personalized care to her patients.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Thomas is known for her warm approach and dedication to helping patients achieve long-term wellness through preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices.
